1. Are the premium key card holders really free?
Yes! iDella Media provides professionally designed, custom-branded key card holders at no cost to participating hotels. There are no printing, design, or setup fees. Our exclusive local pizza advertising partnerships cover the cost of the program.
2. Will the holders work with our existing hotel room keys?
Yes. Our premium fold-over holders are designed to accommodate standard magnetic stripe and RFID room keys. Your hotel continues using its existing keys, locks, and access system without any changes.
3. Does our hotel need to change how it checks in guests?
Not at all. Your front desk continues its normal check-in process. The only difference is that guests receive their existing room key inside a professionally branded holder featuring useful hotel information and a convenient QR code.
4. What information can we include on the mobile guest page?
Your customized mobile page can feature hotel amenities, Wi-Fi information, breakfast hours, pool and fitness center details, checkout times, front desk contact information, local attractions, and other helpful guest resources. 5. Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan the QR code on their key card holder or enter the short web address using their smartphone. The mobile guest page opens directly in their browser without requiring an app, registration, or account.

Our business model is supported by one exclusive local pizza advertising partner at each participating hotel. The restaurant pays for the advertising opportunity, allowing iDella to provide branded key card holders and mobile guest information at no cost to your property.

Yes. iDella partners with only one pizza restaurant at each participating hotel. Your restaurant receives exclusive pizza-category placement with no competing pizza restaurant in the program.
Question: Where will my restaurant be featured?
Your restaurant is featured directly on the hotel guest key card and on the hotel’s mobile visitor page. This puts your restaurant in front of guests beginning at check-in and keeps it accessible throughout their stay.
Question: How do hotel guests order from my restaurant?
Guests can scan the QR code or use the short web address on their key card to access the hotel’s mobile visitor page. From there, they can connect directly to your restaurant’s preferred ordering method, making it easy to go from deciding what to eat to placing an order.

Question: Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
